The Hamster Wheel Project Terms & Conditions
- Introduction
- These Terms and Conditions apply to all training courses and programmes (“Training”) provided by The Hamster Wheel Project Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”) to any purchaser or participant (“you” or “your”). By booking or attending our training, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- Booking and Payment
- Your place on a training course is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to cancel any provisional booking if payment is not received within 7 days of invoice or before the course start date, whichever is sooner.
- Course Delivery
- Training may be delivered in-person, virtually, or through a combination of methods, as stated in the course description.
- We reserve the right to make minor modifications to course content, trainers, timing, or delivery method if necessary.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the correct equipment, internet access, and environment for online delivery.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- If you cancel your place the following timescales apply:
a) More than 30 days before the course start date – a full refund less a £50 administration fee will
b) Between 14–30 days before the start date – 25% refund.
c) Less than 14 days before the start date – no refund. - No refunds will be made for non-attendance.
- You may request to transfer to another date subject to availability and at our discretion. A transfer fee may apply.
- If we cancel or reschedule a course, we will offer you a full refund or a transfer to a future date. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.
- If you cancel your place the following timescales apply:
- Intellectual Property
- All training materials, resources, and course content are protected by copyright and remain the property of The Hamster Wheel Project or its licensors.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written permission.
- Training materials are for individual use only and must not be used to train others without our written consent.
- Behaviour and Conduct
- We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, offensive, or in breach of these terms. No refund will be given in such cases.
- Post-Training Support and Access
- Any post-course support, downloads, recordings, or access to online resources will be provided as specified in your course package and for the duration stated.
- Continued access is conditional upon compliance with these terms and is provided “as is” without guarantee of availability beyond the support period.
- Liability
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the course.
- We accept no liability for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in our training.
- You are responsible for the application of knowledge and skills gained through our courses.
- Data Protection
- By booking a course, you consent to us processing your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] for the purposes of course administration, communication, and feedback.
- Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
